What area are you based in?
We primarily serve the South Texas Region. This includes San antonio and its surrounding Hills country towns. We can go out as far as san marcos, New Braunfels or Boerne Hill Country.
How long does a typical project take?
Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work. If we are looking at a remodel, the process can be 1-2 months. If we are assessing a new construction project, the time to completion is 5-6 months from the time of breaking ground. Please account for 4-6 weeks for project planning and permit submission / approval.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes! We offer free, no-obligation quotes. After an initial consultation, we’ll assess your project needs and provide a detailed estimate so you know exactly what to expect.
Will I need planning permission for my project?
Some projects, such as extensions and loft conversions, may require planning review with the city, while others fall under non-permitted development. We can advise on the necessary permissions and help with the process if needed. Typically if you are in an HOA you will need to seek HOA approval.
Do you provide a guarantee for your work?
Absolutely! We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship and offer guarantees on our work to give you peace of mind. Remodel work has a 6 month warranty on it. New Construction has a 1 yr builders warranty. After 1 year, we provide a 2-10 Builders warranty for 5 and 10 yr structural warranty with Civil engineer signoff.
Can I stay in my home while the work is being done?
In a minor remodel, this is possible, but in major construction, we recommend the property to be vacant. In ground up new construction, there is no certificate of occupancy issued until the building is 100% complete. Your family can only move in once that is obtained by the local city of jurisdiction.
